How we do it

We take it step by step

We start by mechanically grinding the concrete floor, until we remove all dirt, grime, oil, glue, paint and stains.
At this stage we also aim at opening the concrete pores and reaching the correct profile for the acid stain to properly react with concrete, the slab
must be clean of all dirt, stains, and impurities.

Once the concrete is fully ground, we move onto repairing all cracks and holes in the floor.
This simple task of sealing the defects in the floor is crucial for the structural integrity of your acid stained concrete.

Once the concrete slab is ready, we spray the acid stain evenly onto the concrete. We then leave it to penetrate in to the concrete and do its magic.

When the concrete reaches the desired hue, we remove the excess acid and apply an appropriate topcoat, to protect and extend the life of your floor.

Like every smooth surface, stained concrete can be slippery when wet. To prevent slip and fall incidents and to increase safety, an optional anti-slip agent can be added to the clear topcoat.
